Antitrust lawyer nominated claims court judge

Roger Andewelt deputy assistant attorney general for litigation in the Justice Departments antitrust division since last June is being nominated by President Reagan as a judge of the United States Claims Court the White House said

The nomination which is subject to Senate approval is for a 15year term Andewelt who has served in a number of antitrust division posts since 1972 would succeed Thomas Lydon at the Claims Court
